We provide 12-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers preventative maintenance such as diamond/stone tightening, cleaning, or buffing out minor scratches or scuffs that result from wearing your jewelry every day and manufacturer defects.
In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send it back to us to be inspected. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll replace any lost/chipped gemstone and accent diamonds or repair the item at no cost to you in the first ONE YEAR of ownership.
If your center gemstone or diamond is lost, chipped or got broken from/in the original setting after one (1) year of purchase, we will replace the gemstones at discounted price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom and personalized orders. For all other items we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship item back within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return, please email us for a return authorization at email@example.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #xxxx (no refund will be granted without a return authorization!).
14K gold items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 14 days of the purchasing date. Refer to our Restocking Fee Policy for more info.
