Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom and personalized orders. All other items are eligible for return within 14 days of the date on which they were delivered to you and you may elect to: 

(i) exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site, 

(ii) receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item.

Cancellation requests of the personalized orders will be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a restocking fee of 20% is applied to all 14K gold and diamond items.

To make a return, please email us for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery at info@jewelsforwomen.com  with the subject "Return Request - Order #xxxx (no refund will be granted without return authorization!). 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back unused and in its original condition and packaging.

After we have received the returned products and checked that they meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise.

Your refund may be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the total purchase price. Restocking fee is applied for returns of 14K gold and diamond items. Refer to our Restocking Fee Policy for more info.
