Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns of custom or personalized orders and items on sale.
We only accept returns & exchanges when products are defective or damaged upon receiving.

After we have received the returned products and checked that they meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted.
