Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom and personalized orders. For all other items we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship item back within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return, please email us for a return authorization at info@jewelsforwomen.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #xxxx (no refund will be granted without a return authorization!).
